  • China's import restrictions on DVDs, music, etc. - China stated that is continuing its efforts to implement the rulings and recommendations in the panel report on "China - Measures Affecting Trading Rights and Distribution Services for Certain Publications and Audiovisual Entertainment Products" (DS363) and has issued some draft revisions for comment.   • U.S. AD "zeroing" on certain Korea steel. Japan has asked to join the consultations requested by Korea on "U.S. - Antidumping Measures on Corrosion-Resistant Carbon Steel Flat Products from Korea" (DS420) on U.S. "zeroing" methods as it also exports this product to the U.S. (here)
  • Trade Policy Review for Japan. The tenth review of the trade policies and practices of Japan takes place on February 15-17, 2011. (here)
