  • Portable cells, batteries. Doug Lee, Directorate for Engineering Sciences, attending ANSI C18/NEMA Battery Committee Meetings to discuss toy, ingestion, and other battery safety issues in voluntary standards for Portable Cells and Batteries; 02/22/11-02/23/11.
  • Table saws. Commissioner Adler will meet with David Butler and others from Whirlwind Tool Company of Cotuit to discuss issues surrounding the availability of technology to prevent injuries from table saws; 03/01/11.
