- Portable cells, batteries. Doug Lee, Directorate for Engineering Sciences, attending ANSI C18/NEMA Battery Committee Meetings to discuss toy, ingestion, and other battery safety issues in voluntary standards for Portable Cells and Batteries; 02/22/11-02/23/11.
