- GMO feed controls. EU Member States endorsed a proposal to harmonize the implementation of a zero tolerance policy on non-authorized genetically modified (GM) material in feed. Different maize and soybean products imported mainly from the U.S. Argentina, and Brazil are an essential supplement for the EU's livestock sector. (here)
