  • Feb 24 DSB meeting. During the February 24, 2011 meeting of the Dispute Settlement Body, the U.S. requested panels to review Chinese antidumping measures on certain steel products from the U.S. (DS414) and electronic payment service restrictions (DS413); the DSB adopted the panel report in the U.S.-Korea zeroing dispute (DS402); Thailand said it intends to appeal the ruling on measures it imposes on cigarettes from the Philippines (DS371); and Canada asked for two panels to review EU import bans on its seal products.   • Mexico tuna labeling dispute. The panel examining Mexico's complaints in "U.S. Measures Concerning the Importation, Marketing and Sale of Tuna Products" (DS381), has again informed WTO members that the panel report will be delayed and is now expected to be issued in June 2011. (It was previously delayed in June 2010 until Feb 2011). (here)
