on concerns with some of the drain covers made after the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act went into effect and concerns with the protocols used by certain labs that tested them. She added that she continues to disagree with the Commission's decision to set a policy that allows a large, unblockable drain cover to be placed over a small, single main drain system without back-up protection.
