Actuation Technologies Ltd. remain unchanged. DDTC is exercising the authority to waive the requirement for amendments to change currently approved authorizations. Pending DSP authorizations received by DDTC identifying Microtecnica S.r.l. or Microtecnica Actuation Technologies Ltd. as a party to the license will be adjudicated without prejudice.
