Harmonized System Update – Changes to the 2011 HTS
CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing recent changes to the 2011 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HS Update No. 1103). This update contains 676 ABI records and 134 harmonized tariff records.

This update contains additional modifications made to implement the dairy import assessment as published on March 18, 2011 in the Federal Register. These changes will become effective on August 1, 2011.
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2011 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are also included.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR.
