CBP Opens Registration for Sept 1 Webinar on ACE Post Summary Corrections
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a CSMS message announcing that registration is now partially open for CBP's free webinar on ACE Post Summary Corrections that will be held on September 1, 2011. CBP is also accepting questions by August 24, 2011 in order to tailor this webinar to specific areas of interest.

Webinar to Address How to Electronically Correct an ACE Entry Summary
The Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) capability is the most recent delivery in the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). CBP is offering this free webinar to address questions on how to electronically correct an ACE entry summary.
Registration is Initially Open for ACE Filers & Interested Parties
The webinar will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 1:00 -- 2:30 PM Eastern Time. The registration form is available here.
CBP states that participation is initially being opened to ACE entry summary filers and interested parties. After this initial registration closes, participation will be opened to the trade community at large. CBP notes that participation is limited to one line per company.
CBP asks those who have registered and need to cancel their registration to complete the cancellation form (available here) by August 25, 2011.
CBP Is Accepting Questions by Aug 24 to Tailor Webinar to Specific Needs
In order to tailor this webinar to specific areas of interest, CBP asks interested trade community members to review the ACE Entry Summary Business Rules and Process document posted here. After review, any remaining questions on ACE Post Summary Corrections may be submitted to Anita Brown at anita.w.brown@cbp.dhs.gov and Shari McCann at sharolyn.j.mccann@cbp.dhs.gov. CBP requests that questions be submitted no later than August 24, 2011.
