- FAVIR database and Fruits and Vegetables Manual - Updated to add papaya to the list of admissible commodities from Malaysia. (Federal Register docket APHIS-2011-0013). 09/02/11 (here)
- Treatment Manual - Updated T101-k-2 and T101-k-2-1 to remove the footnote regarding Pea Leaf Miner and T105-a-2 to add papaya from Malaysia the list of commodities approved for irradiation (Federal Register docket APHIS-2011-0013). 09/02/11 (here)
- Manual for Agricultural Clearance - Updated the list in Appendix G on Pages G-1-5 and G-1-10 of PPQ Identifiers and Co-Lateral National Specialists. 09/01/11 (here)
- Miscellaneous and Processed Products Import Manual - Table 3-82 was revised regarding fruit—diced, sectioned, segmented, sliced, or otherwise precut and Table 3-145 was revised regarding rice—milled products. 09/02/11 (here)
- APHIS - Effective immediately, the entire State of Indiana has been added to list of quarantined areas for pine shoot beetle (PSB), Tomicus piniperda. 09/02/11 (here)
- Seeds Not for Planting Manual - Several revisions were made : 1) the approved facilities for niger seed was updated, 2) on Page 3-36, Table 3-30: Heritage Acres Bird and Pet Nutrition was added as an approved Canadian facility, 3) UAE (United American Engineers Pte. Ltd.) was removed from USDA approved heat facilities listed in footnote, 4) on Pages 3-37 and 3-38, Table 3-31: UAE was deleted from the USDA approved heat treatment facilities, and 5) on Page 3-37, Tables 3-31, "Addis" was added to read ( Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) and returned Shah Nanji Nagsi Nagsi (Nagpur, India). 09/06/11 (here)
- Canadian Border Agricultural Clearance Manual - Revisions were on Chapter 3: Plant: Pages 3-65, to add Heritage Acres Bird and Pet Nutrition Inc., as an approved Canadian facility for niger seed. In addition, UAE was removed from the USDA approved heat treatment facilities for niger seed. 09/06/11 (here)
- Approved Phalaenopsis in Growing Media Facilities - Updated to include 6 new greenhouses and to change the name of Houbi Township to Houbi District. 09/06/11 (here)
