on a complaint filed by HTC Corporation of Taiwan on August 16, 2011 and amended on September 7, 2011. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in the importation into the U.S. and sale of these products and requests an ITC exclusion order and a cease and desist order. Apple, Inc. a/k/a Apple Computer, Inc. of Cupertino, CA, is listed as the respondent in this investigation.
