Toner Cartridges, Components: ITC Issues General Exclusion Order, 100% Bond
On September 27, 2011, the International Trade Commission issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders in its section 337 patent-based investigation of certain toner cartridges and components thereof (337-TA-740). The general exclusion order prohibits the unlicensed entry of toner cartridges and components thereof that infringe one or more specified patent claims. The cease and desist orders are directed to the listed defaulting respondents.1 The bond during the 60-day Presidential review period is set at 100%.
