- Treatment Manual - Updated to add dragon fruit from Thailand to the list of commodities approved for irradiation and to add Certatitis capitata and C.quinaria to the pest list. 10/04/11 (here)
- Fruits and Vegetables Manual and FAVIR database -(1) Updated the admissible list to include several added commodities from South Africa: apricot, cherry and plumcot, and from Thailand: dragon fruit. 10/04/11 (here), and (2) Updated the admissible list to add the tomato (fruit with stem) from Korea. 10/13/11 (here)
- Animal Product Manual - Revised to change the following chapters: Chapter 2-4: Special Procedures,replace page 2-4-18; Chapter 3-13: Swine, replace page 3-13-39; Chapter 3-18: Pet Foods, replace pages 3-18-10,11,15; Appendix E: Approved Establishments,replace entire chapter; Appendix H: Veterinarians, replace page H-1-3; Glossary, replace pages Glossary-1-10,32,41. 10/03/11 (here)
- NAPPO- The North American Plant Protection Organization posted a revised set of guidelines for the following drafts and had asked for comments by October 12, 2011:(1) RSPM 38: Guidelines for the importation of certain wooden and bamboo commodities to NAPPO member countries (e.g. the U.S., Mexico or Canada). 10/4/11 (here) (2) RSPM 39: Packaging guidelines for the international shipment of live invertebrates used as biological control agents. 10/4/11 (here)
- CITES I-II-III Timber Species Manual- Ports Directory revised to add the phone numbers of PPQ CITES designated staff in Gulfport, Mississippi. 10/12/11 (here)
- Agricultural Clearance Manual- Revised to add a cell phone number for Randall L. Pingel, Entomologist, Gulfport, MS. 10/20/11 (here)
