Entry Cancellation/Deletion Request Form Corrected

CBP's newly corrected guidance (listed as version 4) is available as an attachment to the new CSMS. After ITT staff review, it appears that a typo and formatting error have been corrected in the Entry Cancellation/Deletion Request form, which is Attachment 1 to the Guide.

  • the typo in the third "reason for request" has been corrected to list CBP Form 7512 (it was previously listed as CBP Form 751)
  • the formatting error, which had pushed the "Comments:" field alongside the "Merchandise seized" choice, now follows this choice and has three lines to provide comments.

(See ITT's Online Archives 11092233 for summary detailing the guidelines (the summary did not describe the form, so it remains accurate. See ITT's Online Archives 11092809 for summary on the earlier correction, which noted that an ITT staff review had not seen any changes from the original version.)
