CBP Says AGOA for Cote d'Ivoire, Guinea, and Niger Restored on Oct 25

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued CSMS #11-000269 which states that Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea, and Niger had their African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) country benefits restored as of October 25, 2011.
