(Note that CBP sources state that this message was inadvertently posted to CSMS. CBP does not post snow day notices for individual filers to the CSMS boards. Snow days are internally issued for filers on a case-by-case basis if they are unable to electronically communicate with CBP. On a larger scale, if a port is closed due to inclement weather or other emergency, a "snow day" for all filers may be issued and this information will be posted to CSMS.)
