2nd Tranche of 2012 Specialty Sugar Did Not Oversubscribe at Opening

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a memorandum stating that the tariff rate quota (TRQ) for 2012 specialty sugar that opened on October 26, 2011 did not oversubscribe at opening moment. All entries have been processed and released. A weekly status of specialty sugar entered is available here.
