2012 TRQs for Olives Open Jan 3
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued a memorandum announcing that the 2012 tariff rate quotas for olives provided for in HTS Chapter 7, Additional U.S. Note 5; HTS Chapter 20, Additional U.S. Note 4; and headings in HTS Chapter 20 will open January 3, 2012.

The below-listed HTS numbers will have the following low-duty restraint levels:
