by GfK Chart-Track for the week ended Saturday. There were five new releases in the top 10, led by Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, at No. 2. The two versions of the game for the Xbox 360 combined to represent about 56 percent of its sales, with the two PS3 SKUs accounting for the rest. The other new releases were THQ’s Saints Row: The Third for the 360, PS3 and PC at No. 4; Microsoft’s 360 game Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary at No. 6; Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for the Wii at No. 7; and Nintendo’s Super Mario 3D Land for the 3DS at No. 9. Ubisoft had one other game in the top 10: Just Dance 3 for the Wii and 360, down five at No. 10 in its sixth week. Electronic Arts (EA) also had two games in the top 10: the multiplatform FIFA 11, down one, No. 5, eighth week, sales up 7 percent; and Battlefield 3 for the 360, PS3 and PC, down five, No. 8, fourth week, sales down 40 percent. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim from Bethesda Softworks for the 360, PS3 and PC dipped one to No. 3 in its second week as sales tumbled 62 percent. There were four other new releases in the top 40: EA’s multiplatform Need For Speed: The Run at No. 11, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment’s multiplatform Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 at No. 13, Sega’s Mario & Sonic London 2012 Olympic Games for the Wii at No. 20 and Microsoft’s Kinect Disneyland Adventures for the 360 at No. 39.
