The investigation is based on a complaint filed by Compound Photonics Ltd. of the United Kingdom and Compound Photonics U.S. Corporation of Phoenix, AZ. The complainants request that the ITC issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
The ITC has identified the following as respondents in this investigation:
- Sony Corporation of Japan;
- Sony Corporation of America of New York, NY; and
- Sony Electronics Inc., of San Diego, CA.
