The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service has updated the following PPQ electronic manuals through November 28, 2011 (since the last update dated November 9):

Seeds Not for Planting Manual - Revisions (identified by a black change bar in the left margin) have been made to Table 3-12, Cotton (Gossypium spp.), Fuzzy (Not Acid Washed) Destined to Other Than Guam or Northern Mariana Islands. (11/10/11) (here)
Miscellaneous and Processed Products Manual. Changes have been made to reflect up-to-date information and corrections. The specific changes are (i) Table 3-145 Rice—milled products change: language has been added to footnote #3 clarifying phytosanitary certificate requirements, and (ii) links contained throughout the manual in the Table of Contents, List of Figures, List of Tables, Index, as well as internal and external cross-references have all been updated. CITES I-II-III Timber Species Manual. The CITES I-II-III Timber Species Manual has been updated to add cross-reference links to the Plants for Planting Manual and to remove cross-references to obsolete manuals. Revisions, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, are on page 2-10 and page 3-11. (11/17/11) (here)
Export Program Manual. The Export Program Manual (XPM) has been updated. The following sections of the XPM have been updated: Table of Contents, List of Figures, List of Tables, Section 2-1 -- Policy, Section 3-4 -- General Procedures -- Verifying Import Requirements, Section 3-5 -- Special Programs -- Completing PPQ Forms 577 and 579, Section 3-6 -- Special Programs -- Completing PPQ Form 578, Section 3-7 -- Special Programs -- User Fees, Section 4-3 -- Special Procedures -- Commodity -- Grain, Appendix A -- Communication, Appendix C -- Approved Country Names, Appendix E -- Responsibilities, and Glossary. Animal Products Manual. The on-line version of the Animal Product Manual has been revised to include changes to the following chapters: Appendix H: Veterinarians; replace pages H-1-3,8. (11/21/11). In addition, this manual has been revised to include changes to the following chapters: List of Tables: replace entire chapter; Chapter 13: Swine; replace pages 3-13-2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 23, 24, 26, 28, 30, 35, 44, 45, 48, 55, 59; Appendix A: Passenger Baggage; replace pages A-1-15, 24, 27, 29; Appendix C: Foreign Countries; replace pages C-1-1, 7, 10, 11; and Glossary; replace page Glossary-1-3.
