OMB Approves State Dept Proposed Rule to Amend USML Cat VII

The Office of Management and Budget has approved a State Department proposed rule to amend the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) to revise Category VII of the U.S. Munitions List (USML). This is part of the President's Export Control Reform effort.
