2012 U.S.-Oman FTA Agriculture TRQs Opened Jan 3
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued memorandum on the tariff rate quotas for agricultural products described in HTS Chapter 99, Subchapter XVI, U.S. Notes 3 through 12, with respect to the U.S.-Oman Free Trade Agreement (FTA).

These TRQs opened on January 3, 2012 with the following in-quota (duty-free) quantity limits:

| U.S. Note 12 | 9916.52.05 | 6,050 kg |
CBP notes that "OM" should be used as the primary SPI indicator. Entry type code 02, 06, 07, 17, 23, 32, 38, or 52 should be used.
