CBP Approves Firms as Commercial Gaugers
U.S. Customs and Border Protection has issued notices stating that it has approved the following companies to gauge petroleum and petroleum products, organic chemicals, and vegetable oils for customs purposes, in accordance with 19 CFR 151.13, on the listed effective date (see notice for the date of the next triennial inspection):
