China Wood Flooring: AD/CV Orders Amended to Drop Nonexistent HTS No
The International Trade Administration is issuing amended antidumping and countervailing duty orders on multilayered wood flooring from China (A-570-970, C-570-971) in order to remove an incorrect Harmonized Tariff Schedule number from the scope of the orders. HTS number 4412.31.3175, which was originally listed in the petition, does not exist in the HTS.

ITA states the inclusion of this number in the scope of these orders was an inadvertent ministerial error and it is now removing the number from the list of HTS subheadings for imports of subject merchandise. While the HTS subheadings are provided for convenience and customs purposes, ITA notes that the written description of the subject merchandise is dispositive.
