FMC to Discuss OTI License Requirement, Etc. at Feb 22 Meeting
The Federal Maritime Commission will hold a meeting on February 22, 2012, to receive staff recommendations and a draft proposed rule regarding the Rules of Practice and Procedure under 46 CFR Part 502, hear a staff briefing on economic and trade conditions, and discuss the Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) Licensing Requirement.

During the open session, the Commissioners will consider:
- Rules of Practice and Procedure - staff recommendation and draft proposed rule regarding 46 CFR 502 Subparts E and L

- Staff briefing on economic and trade conditions
- Discussion of Ocean Transportation Intermediary Licensing Requirement
