In fielding a question on uncontrollable overtime (AOU) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Aguilar assured the agents that they would not be affected financially, stating that they "will be compensated for every hour [they] work," and that CBP/DHS are "working out a system that will ensure [they] are not adversely affected, it's just that it may not be called AOU."
