AESTIR Changes to Commodity Filing Msgs & License Exemptions Codes

Changes to Appendix A - Commodity Response Filing Messages (Effective April 11, 2012)

  • Added: Response Code 549 “BIS LICENSE NBR NOT VALID FOR LICENSE CODE”
  • Added: Response Code 672 “GB/AU ACID NBR UNKNOWN OR INVALID”
  • Changed: Response Codes 667, 563, and 564 to include new license exemption codes.

Changes to Appendix F - License and License Exemption Type Codes

  • Changed: C31 -- Removed list of “S” licenses because they are no longer valid. “V” licenses have replaced the “S” licenses. (Effective April 11, 2012)
  • Changed: C32 - Remove “EAR99 may be reported as an ECCN” and add “EAR99 may NOT be reported as an ECCN.”
