The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to suspend liquidation of any unliquidated entries of subject merchandise produced and exported by Shanghai Yinfeng. The ITA will also instruct CBP to allow at the option of the importer the posting of a bond or security, in lieu of an AD cash deposit, for entries of the subject merchandise where Shanghai Yinfeng acted as both producer and exporter, until completion of the review.
(The period of review is 02/01/11-01/31/12. See ITA notice for more information, including deadlines for the preliminary and final results, etc. See ITT's Online Archives 11111003 for summary of ITA notice which states that the current China-wide rate for merchandise subject to this order is 198.63%.)
