ExporterAD Cash Deposit Rate
Goodnite Sdn Bhd234.51%2

(The review period is 02/01/10 -- 01/31/11. See ITA's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, the AD China-wide rate of 234.51%, changes since preliminary results, etc.)

1The ITA found that Reztec Inndustries Sdn Bhd had no shipments of subject merchandise during the period of review, and as such rescinded the administrative review with respect to that company.

2This rate is the result of the ITA's reliance on Adverse Facts Available (AFA) due to, according to the ITA, Goodnite's failure to cooperate to the best of its ability when it did not respond to the ITA's original questionnaire. The ITA states that this AD rate applies only to Goodnite's subject merchandise, which is limited to China-origin merchandise.
