Suspension of Liquidation to End, Cash Deposits / Bonds to be Released

The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to end suspension of liquidation and to release any cash deposits or bonds. This ending of suspension of liquidation will be effective on the date of publication of the ITC’s notice of its negative final injury determination in the Federal Register.
