BIS Corrects Entries in 2 Final Rules Adding Persons to Entity List

The Bureau of Industry and Security issued a notice correcting spelling errors in final rules amending the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by (i) adding three persons to the entity list (published on April 18, 2012), and (ii) adding sixteen persons under eighteen entries to the Entity List (published on April 27, 2012). Corrections are as follows:

  • April 18 rule: name and address of person now reads Masoud Est. for Medical and Scientific Supplies, 74 First Floor, Tla’a Al Ali Khali Al Salim Street, Amman Jordan 11118.
  • April 27 rule: spelling of city of Sharjah, UAE corrected; hyphen removed from address of a person added under the destination of Pakistan to clarify the text is the address of this person and not an alias (Jalaluddin Haqqani).
