EPA Seeks OMB OK of Information Collection for Pesticide Exports
The Environmental Protection Agency said it sent an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval covering the Foreign Purchaser Acknowledgement Statement of Unregistered Pesticides; EPA ICR No. 0161.12, OMB Control No. 2070-0027.

The information collection program is to allow the EPA to provide notice to foreign purchasers of unregistered pesticides exported from the U.S. that the pesticide product cannot be sold in the U.S. The annual public reporting and recordkeeping burden for this collection of information is estimated to average from one to eight hours per response. It estimated there will be 50 respondents, for a total burden of 24,470 hours and an estimated total annual cost of$1,461,658.
