Koehler's Entries Subject to Injunction

On February 5, 2009, the Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction enjoining liquidation of certain entries which are subject to the AD order on lightweight thermal paper from Germany entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after November 20, 2008. Accordingly, the ITA will not issue AD assessment instructions for any entries subject to the these injunctions to CBP after publication of this notice, and will not issue such instructions until the preliminary injunction is lifted.

(The review period is 11/01/09 -- 10/31/10. See ITA notice for more information, including detailed instructions on assessment rates, cash deposit requirements, etc. See ITT’s Online Archives 12040638 for summary of the final results of this review.)
