CBP Lists Ag TRQs for Colombia TPA

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has listed the goods of Colombia under the terms of HTS General Note 34 that are eligible for Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement (TPA) tariff rate quotas for the period May 15, 2012 - December 31, 2012.

For reporting, CBP states that entry type code 02, 06, 07, 12, 23, 32, 38 or 52 should be used. Report in units of measure as shown in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). In addition, CBP states that the description of the commodities are available in ITC Publication 4320, available here.
