CBP Announces ACE Certification Environment Outage on June 29
CBP will take an outage to the ACE CERT environment on June 29, 2012 in response to trade software developer requests to deploy fixes to the ACE certification environment prior to deployment to ACE Production, the agency said in CSMS message. The outage will be from noon through 6:30 p.m. EST on June 29. CBP said it would be deploying fixes in advance of their deployment to ACE Production on July 7.

The fixes that impact the Ocean/Rail Manifest Transmitters are listed below:
- ACE_PR_47816
- Inbond Move Authorized (1J) notifications are not sent by ACE even after the BOLs were successfully added by Trade. Fixes a problem where an In-bond Move authorized (1J) notification is erroneously suppressed after a BOL was deleted and re-added.
- ACE_PR_47786
- ACE is adding an extra / empty R02 record in the CAMIR Status Notification Message (RC). - Fixes a problem where an extra / empty R02 record is being sent to the trade in some CAMIR status notifications (RC).
- ACE_PR_47911
- Empty Equipment BOLs have double posted quantities and duplicate 1Cs in AMS upon Conveyance arrival in ACE. - Fixes a problem where an Empty Equipment BOL is double posted in the AMS system after conveyance arrival of the manifest filing occurs in the ACE system.
- ACE_PR_47846
- Entry (1C) notification incorrectly suppressed when Bol type is amended from master to regular. - Fixes a problem where an Entry (1C) notification is being suppressed if a Master BOL is amended to a Regular BOL.
- ACE_PR_47906
- FROB BOLs have double posted quantities in AMS upon Conveyance arrival in ACE. - Fixes a problem where a FROB BOL is double posted in the AMS system after the conveyance arrival of the manifest filing occurs in the ACE system.
- ACE_PR_47840
- Amend Rail BOLs with transit In-bonds after export should retain the In-bond and BOL status. - Fixes a problem where a Rail BOL with a transit in-bond and amended after being exported, ACE does not allow the trade to add the BOL to a future consist which would allow the BOL to return to the U.S.
- ACE_PR_47792
- Conveyance is arrived at incorrect Sea ports in ACE. - Fixes an intermittent problem where a Sea manifest is incorrectly arrived at the wrong port.
- ACE_PR_47902
- Notifications to service centers in response to stand alone security filings have incorrect data in B04/N9 segments. - Fixes a problem where missing or incorrect information is being returned in a B04/N9 segment for a stand alone security filing tranmitted by a Service Center.
