FMC Lists New Shipping Act Agreement
The Federal Maritime Commission released a notice of the filing of the following agreement under the Shipping Act of 1984. Interested parties may submit comments on the agreements to the Secretary, Federal Maritime Commission, Washington, DC 20573, within 10 days.

Notice of Agreement Filed
011550-013. ABC Discussion Agreement, Hamburg Sud; King Ocean Services Limited; Seafreight Line, Wayne Rohde: Cozen O’Connor, Washington, D.C. The amendment would add Seaboard Marine Ltd. as a party to the agreement. . The amendment would provide for the deployment of the 17th vessel and revise the space allocations of the parties accordingly. The parties have requested expedited review.
