Thai, USA, moved up to the Vice Chairman position, Rob DeMartini, CEO of New Balance Athletic Shoe, moved up to the Treasurer position, and that Paula Zusi, chief supply chain officer of Ann Inc., has joined the board leadership as Secretary.
