BIS Adds 19 Entries to Entity List
The Bureau of Industry and Security added 19 entries -- including 18 people -- to its entity list, a list of entities that have engaged in activities that could result in an increased risk of the diversion of exported, reexported or transferred items to weapons of mass destruction programs. The new entities are:

- China: Jadeshine, a Beijing-based company, and Jadeshine Engineering HK Co., based in Shanghai and Langfang
- Germany: Manufacturers Equipment Organization (MEO), aka MEO GMBH, located in Wermelskirchen
- Hong Kong: Giant Base Asia Limited; Jadeshine Engineering (HK) Co.; Jadeshine Engineering HK Co.; Jason Shuai, aka Jason Shine
- Ukraine: Ukrspetexport, located in Kyiv
- United Arab Emirates: aBensa FZ LLC, aka BiotaGroup Company, Dubai; Afsari General Trading LLC, Dubai; Alex Ardalan, Dubai; David Khayam, Dubai; Dr. Artush Parsi, Dubai; Ghasem Afsari, Dubai; Hamid Rashed, Dubai; Liberty House Trading LLC, aka Baet Alhoreya Electronics Trading, aka Baet Alhoreya, Dubai; Moh Khoman, Dubai; Mohamad Javad, Dubai; Next Gulf Trading LLC, Dubai
The Bureau also deleted one entry from the list: Atlas Electronic Systems, located in Montreal, Canada. Its removal was based on cooperation with the U.S. government and guarantee of future alliance with the Export Administration Regulations. The Bureau also amended the list to add two addresses for Christof Schneider of Wermelskirchen, Germany.
