BIS Denies Export Privileges to Two Individuals
The Bureau of Industry and Security denied export privileges to the following individuals, it reported April 2:

- Andro Telemi, aka Andre Telimi, aka Telemi. The California resident was convicted in November 2012 of attempting to export 10 connector adaptors to Iran without proper approval. The adaptors are controlled items on the U.S. Munitions List. Telemi’s export privileges are denied until Nov. 30, 2022. He is also on the Department of State's debarred list.
- Liem Duc Huynh. In April 2012, Huynh was convicted of aiding and abetting and willfully exporting Generation 3 night vision goggles to Vietnam, a USML-controlled item, without a license. The Oklahoma resident’s export privileges are denied until April 17, 2022. Huynh is also on the State Department’s debarred list.
