Houston's FTZ 84 Applies to Expand Service Area Coverage
The Houston Port Authority submitted an application to the Foreign-Trade Zones Board to expand FTZ 84 to include additional sites in Harris County, Texas, according to an FTZB Federal Register notice set for publication July 1. If approved, the FTZ’s service area would expand to cover parts of Generation Park and the Texas Deepwater Industrial Port.
