  • Certain Marine Sonar Imaging Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof, DN 2981, filed on behalf of Navico, Inc. and Navico Holding AS on Sept. 20, alleging violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act in the import into the U.S. of certain marine sonar imaging devices. Named respondents are Raymarine, Inc. of Nashua, N.H., Raymarine UK Ltd. and In-Tech Electronics Ltd. of Hong Kong (here).
  • Certain Vision-Based Driver Assistance System Cameras and Components Thereof, DN 2982, filed on behalf of TRW Automotive U.S. LLC on Sept. 20, alleging violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act in the import into the U.S. of certain vision-based driver assistance system cameras and components thereof. It names as a respondent Magna Electronics, Inc. of East Lansing, Mich. (here)
