Counsel. Kumar had an extensive career in the private sector, most recently serving a partner and member of the Board of Directors at KPMG from 2005 until his 2013 retirement. Welsh is currently the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Northern Trust Corporation, a position held since 2000. Welsh also has led a multi-decade career in the private sector.
