APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Oct. 25
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Oct. 25 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Identifiers and National Specialist List: The List of Identifiers and Nationals Specialists (here) was updated, 10/2013-07, to add a new entomologist's contact information to the Miami Plant Inspection Station. The revision, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, is on page 10.
