State Releases Export Certification Congressional Letters
The State Department’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls issued a notice that releases 23 certifications of proposed defense articles licenses, in the form of congressional letters, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act.
