Effective immediately, AGC Acquisition LLC/AGC Incorporated (AGC Acquisition) will change its name to Loar Group Inc. (here).
Effective immediately, RUAG Technology will change its name to RUAG Aerostructures (here).
Effective immediately, OHB Sweden AB will change its address to OHB Sweden AB, Viderogatan 6, SE-164 40 Kista, Sweden (here).
Effective Nov. 20, Arms International LLC, changed its address from 22 Meadow Crossing, Simsbury, CT 06070 to 97 W Dudley Town Road, Suite H & I, Bloomfield, CT 06002 (here).
