APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Dec. 18
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Dec. 18 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Approved Dracaena Facilities: The list of Approved Dracaena spp. Facilities authorized to export Dracaena spp. from Costa Rica to the continental United States (here) was updated, 12/2013-15. Revisions, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin of each revised page, are as follows:
- Page 1: Removed registry no. 2671, Gerardo Mora Arce
- Page 2: Added registry no. 3366, Gerardo del Carmen More Arce
- Page 3: Changed the name of registry no. 987 from Tigra Verde S.A. to Sociedad Tigra Verde S.A.
