APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Jan. 31
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Jan. 31 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Canadian Border Manual: The Canadian Border Agricultural Clearance Manual (here) were revised to update the following:
- Laboratories Authorized to Issue Seed Analysis Certificates
- Exporters Authorized to Use Seed Export Labels
Changes, indicated by black change bars in the left page margins, are on pages D-1, D-2, D-3, and D-9 of Appendix D: Approved Establishments.
