Jerry Nadler of New York and David Cicilline of Rhode Island in a letter released Thursday (http://1.usa.gov/1nRc4g2). “Given the overlap with Section 215, why are NSLs necessary?” They want to know how many NSLs have been issued and under what authorities since 2006, among other inquiries.
