State Dept. Shipping Committee to Hold Meeting on Cargo, Security

The State Department’s Shipping Coordinating Committee (SHC) will hold a public meeting in Washington, D.C. on April 29 to prepare for a International Maritime Organization's (IMO) Maritime Safety Committee session, slated to be held at the IMO headquarters in the United Kingdom from May 13-23. The SHC meeting will focus on maritime security and cargo and containers, among other subjects.
