BIS Fines Dutch Company for Syria Reexport

The alleged reexport occurred in July 2009, according to BIS. Arkema Rotterdam allegedly ordered the ethyl mercaptan from a partner company in the U.S., and did not inform the company the product would be reexported to Syria.
